The Zimbabwe Women’s Bureau (ZWB) takes up StoveTec Dissemination

The ZWB plans to introduce 200 StoveTec units in the wood-scarce Buhera District before the end of the year. ZWB is a national NGO that champions women’s development in various sectors. Over the years, it has promoted various designs of efficient wood stoves under its homestead development programme.

With the appearance of the StoveTec on the Zimbabwean market, management were quick to appreciate that it outperforms alternative designs by far. In the coming days, an MoU will be signed with ProBEC which will offer support in promotional activities to raise end-user awareness and facilitate importation. ZWB will foot the importation bill.
